After you place your order, our design team will prepare a digital artwork mockup based on your design and will always show you the reference in WhatsApp. You can also discuss with our design team if you have more requests on your product. Production will only begin once you have reviewed and approved the mockup.

You will receive the order after production is complete which mostly takes 1 business day on most products and delivered within standard 3 days or 2 days if you choose express. Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partner will contact you.
