Refund policy

Damages, Printing Errors & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or a product with a printing or manufacturing error caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, if the issue is confirmed to be due to our printing, production, or manufacturing process, we will reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost. Reprints will be produced with the same specifications as the original order.

 

Returns & Refunds

As all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started or the order has been delivered.

This policy applies to all custom-printed products, as they are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

 

What Is Not Covered

We are unable to offer refunds or free reprints for issues including, but not limited to:

  • Customer-approved artwork containing spelling, grammar, or design errors.

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files supplied by the customer.

  • Color variations between on-screen previews and the final printed product (within normal industry tolerances).

  • Incorrect information, sizes, quantities, or specifications provided by the customer.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Minor variations in color, positioning, or finishing that fall within standard printing tolerances.

So, make sure to check and discuss thoroughly with our designer during the approval phase before continuing to start production

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or changes are no longer possible because the items are custom manufactured.
